Aventa is a London based venture capital firm which focusses on the infrastructure sector.
They plan to build a £300 million engineering centre in Downham Market, The Centre for Advanced Knowledge Engineering, or CFAKE. The campus aims to create more than 4,500 new permanent jobs in the Big Data sector, whilst training the next generation of knowledge engineers, vital to the future growth of the UK economy.
Forward worked in partnership with Aventa’s communications agency for the project to produce 3 films to explain the project to key groups, including investors, tenants and MPs. Months of planning culminated in several weeks of filming across the county, where we visited schools, research campuses and local businesses and learned how the new campus would benefit them in the future. We also teamed up with our aerial partner HexCam to produce some stunning 4K aerial shots of the site to be developed.
The first of the finished films was presented to MPs at a launch event at The House of Commons in November 2015, where it was very well received, and the project received extensive media coverage on local TV and local press.
