Project Background
Yotpo helps thousands of businesses acquire, convert, retain, and understand customers through user-generated content. The team approached Forward to tell the story of their client, Fairfax & Favor; a luxury, British borne lifestyle brand based in Norfolk.

The Concept
Marcus and Felix, joint founders of Fairfax & Favor have had huge success utilising Yotpo to gather reviews and user generated content from their clients, which in turn has seen a doubling of their conversion rate since they started using the platform.
We spent a day on location with Marcus and Felix in their picturesque office in the Norfolk countryside capturing their story and then created a 2 minute case study film for Yotpo to use on their website and across multiple social media platforms. We also produced three 30 second social media cuts of key parts of the film with stylised subtitles to help promote the larger film across social media.
